Rudolf Marx Scholarship awarded to Priv.-Doz. Dr. Oliver Königsbrügge, PhD

As part of this year's annual meeting of the Society for Thrombosis and Haemostasis Research (GTH), held from February 18–21, 2025, in Lausanne, the Rudolf Marx Scholarship was awarded to Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. univ. Oliver Königsbrügge, PhD from the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Research Group of the Clinical Division of Hematology and Hemostasis.

The Rudolf Marx Scholarship supports a scientific project titled "Comprehensive assessment of the ex-vivo factor equivalence of non-factor hemophilia therapies", which will be conducted by Dr. Königsbrügge at the Hemophilia Center of Nagoya University Medical School in Japan during a six-month research stay.

Dr. Königsbrügge's academic research focuses on non-factor-based bleeding prophylaxis in congenital hemophilia and its evaluation through laboratory coagulation analyses.
