The Professorship of Internal Oncology at the Division of Oncology focuses its research and teaching on precision medicine and immunotherapy of cancer and maintains numerous local, national and international collaborations and activities in joint projects. In addition to translational studies with various biological samples and phase I-III clinical trials, the project portfolio also includes the establishment of a unit for the classification of cancers based on epigenetic methylation profiles.
